What You’ll Do 

As a Help Desk Agent, you are driven to ensure the success of our customers across the country. You are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every single customer you interact with receives quick solutions to their problems.

You will:

-Provide exceptional customer service, primarily over the phone-- guiding partners through solutions, allowing them to return to work faster
- Assist customers by providing accurate product information and addressing questions or concerns in a helpful and professional manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
-Work at the office 2-3 times per month if you live within a 50-mile radius of the main office in Lock Haven, PA 
- Show up with heart, hustle, and humility
