What You’ll Do
As our HR/Office Administrator, you will help keep Servant Keeper’s team organized, supported, and running smoothly. You will play a key role in HR, finance, and office operations — ensuring our team can focus on serving ministries effectively.
Human Resources
Run bi-weekly payroll
Maintain accurate records in our HR management and payroll system
Manage benefits and coordinate with third-party benefits providers
Set up and monitor employee training courses in our learning management system
Lead onboarding for new team members and offboarding for exiting team members
Support hiring managers with recruiting and evaluation
Partner with the executive team to establish and enforce company policies
Lead performance management processes
Support employee relations needs with professionalism and discretion
Address payroll-related and company-related tax questions
Office Management
Purchase office supplies and coordinate office services
Communicate with landlord regarding utilities and building needs
Organize company events, including our monthly MAD Monday and our annual Collaboration Week
Maintain company calendar
Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team
